Tender and juicy lamb shoulder roasted slowly for 3-5 hours. The lamb is basted in a traditional Greek marinade of lemon, olive oil, garlic, oregano and elevated in taste by the addition of rosemary and onion. It comes deboned and shredded and is best served with potatoes and salad.
